01 - Background
The client needed a professional website that could communicate services, build credibility, and convert mobile visitors into enquiries. The original flow was unclear, key pages were hard to reach, and the contact journey did not support fast decision-making.
We redesigned the information architecture, created service-led sections, improved responsive layouts, connected calls to action to the contact page, and optimized visual assets so the site could feel polished without becoming slow or difficult to maintain.
